Working with partners who share our vision, we accelerate progress in the heartland by strategically leveraging our collective resources to bridge gaps that prevent states and municipalities from realizing their goals of universal connectivity.

Opportunity Broadband

Co-founding partner with Pew Charitable Trusts of Opportunity Broadband –– an alliance of nonprofit, academic, philanthropic, public-interest and corporate partners committed to helping communities across the country use the nation’s investment in universal, affordable broadband access to build more inclusive and dynamic economies.

Arkansas Connectivity Coalition

Launched the Arkansas Connectivity Coalition alongside a group of more than 15 local organizations that support state leadership and local communities in planning for and securing the federal dollars needed to expand access and ensure high-speed internet is more accessible and affordable across Arkansas.

Benton Institute for Broadband & Society

Created a proprietary program –– Accelerate –– with the Benton Institute for Broadband & Society. To date we have provided 30 hours of no-cost expert counsel for leaders in 28 communities across three states to guide them in developing broadband plans to address unique local needs to ensure state and federal funds are allocated prudently.

Affordable Connectivity Program

We partnered with the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) to connect Latino communities to the benefits of the Affordable Connectivity Program. This initiative prepared 13 Latino-led councils and the national chapter to reach more than 380,350 people in the heartland with information about how to get federal discounts on internet service and devices.
